Michigan Michigan Department of Helath and Human Services Mar 24 Apr 30 Order   Must stay home except for essential errands, caring for family members, exercise, and volunteering at food pantries or shelters. Must secure services or supplies via delivery where possible. Businesses may not require workers to leave their homes.
California California Health and Human Services Mar 19 Order   Must stay home except to get food, care for someone, obtain healthcare, or go to an "essential job". Only gas stations, pharmacies, grocery stores, banks, and laundry services open.
Oklahoma Oklahoma State Department of Health Mar 28 May 1 Order   No gatherings over 10 people. Residents 65 and at risk must stay home except for food, healthcare, and gasoline. No elective surgeries. No visits to nursings homes. Gyms, salons, movie theaters, other non-essential businesses must close. All arrivals from high-risk states must quarantine for 14 days.

Wisconsin Wisconsin Department of Health Services Mar 25 Apr 24 Order   Must stay home except for food and supplies, healthcare, taking care of others, and outdoor activities. Non-essential businesses must close. No gatherings over 10 people. Salons and barber shops must close. Bars and restaurants may only provide takeout food and drink.
Utah Utah Department of Health Order   Stay at home and work from home as much as possible except for food, healthcare, caring for family or a pet, and outdoor activities. Self-quarantine 14 days after distant traveling.
Texas Texas Department of State Health Services Order   Shall minimize in-person contact with those not in the same household, except for essential services. Avoid eating or drinking at bars, restaurants, and food courts. Avoid visiting gyms or massage parlors. May not visit nursing homes or long-term care facilties.
