Colorado Colorado Department of Human Services Mar 26 Apr 26 Order   Must stay home whenever possible except for food and supplies, healthcare, outdoor activities, and caring for family members. No gatherings outside a residence. Those at high risk urged to stay home at all times.
Connecticut Connectict Health and Human Services Mar 23 Order   Non-essential businesses must eliminate in-person workforces. Cancel public gatherings. Bars and restaurants delivery and takeout only. Gyms, malls, theaters, places of public amusement closed.
Delaware Delaware Health and Social Services Mar 24 May 15 Order   Must stay home except to obtain healthcare or necessary supplies, to engage in outdoor activities, or to care for elderly persons. Physical locations of non-essential businesses must be shutdown. Food services restricted to takeout or delivery. Casinos, bowling alleys, concert venues, movie theaters, sports facilities, fitness centers closed.

Florida Florida Department of Health Apr 3 Apr 30 Order   Senior citizens and those at risk must stay home. Others must stay home except for food, healthcare, worship, recreational activities, taking care of pets, and caring for others. All restaurant dining rooms and bars closed. All entertainment venues closed. No gatherings over 10 people.
Georgia Georgia Department of Human Services Apr 3 Apr 13   Must stay home, except for food, healthcare, outdoor exercise. Non-essential businesses must cease in-person operations. Restaurants limited to takeout, curbside pick-up, and delivery.
Hawaii Hawaii State Department of Health Mar 25 Apr 30 Order   Must stay home except for food, healthcare, care for others, to walk a pet, or to travel to a job at an "essential businesses". All arriving in Hawaii must self-quarantine for two weeks.
Idaho Idaho Department of Health and Welfware Mar 25 Apr 15 Order   Must stay and work from home as much as possible, except to obtain essential services. Oklahoma Oklahoma State Department of Health Mar 28 May 1 Order   No gatherings over 10 people. Residents 65 and at risk must stay home except for food, healthcare, and gasoline. No elective surgeries. No visits to nursings homes. Gyms, salons, movie theaters, other non-essential businesses must close. All arrivals from high-risk states must quarantine for 14 days.

Tennessee Tennessee Department of Health Mar 31 Apr 14 Order   Residents urged to stay home except for food, healthcare, necessary supplies, taking care of others, outdoor activities, and worship. Non-essential businesses must close.
Texas Texas Department of State Health Services Order   Shall minimize in-person contact with those not in the same household, except for essential services. Avoid eating or drinking at bars, restaurants, and food courts. Avoid visiting gyms or massage parlors. May not visit nursing homes or long-term care facilties.
Utah Utah Department of Health Order   Stay at home and work from home as much as possible except for food, healthcare, caring for family or a pet, and outdoor activities. Self-quarantine 14 days after distant traveling.
